Polk County Recorder’s Office Online Renewal
Please read important renewal information below and then chose an option below to renew your vehicle.
RENEWAL INFORMATION
- ATV/ORM/ORV/SNOWMOBILE - All current registrations will expire on Wednesday, December 31st, 2025.
- BOATS - All boat registrations expire 06/30/2025. The 2025 renewal period for boats begins January 1st, 2025. Renewal notices will be sent out the last week of January.
- Online renewals will be processed and mailed to you within 5 - 7 business days of your online payment unless unusual circumstances exist. Same day service is only available at the Polk County Recorder's Office.
SERVICE FEE
All online renewals are subject to a Convenience Service Fee that is in addition to the standard renewal and postage and handling fees. Service fees are based on the total renewal price and are NON-REFUNDABLE. The cost of your service fee will appear on the screen before you submit payment. This fee will be assessed to all online transactions.
